According to the latest announcement from the operator Travel SIM/Top Connect, service disruption porblem was solved at 17:00 (local time) and service is back to normal.
Tracker SIM service disruption has been detected 8.11.2017 at 13:30. The problem has been reported to our service provider Travel SIM / TopConect and they are working to resolve the issue. The disruption affects some TrackerSIM interfaces, preventing positioning or causing tracking disturbances.
The problem does not affect Tracker devices using other operators on subcription. SMS positioning works normally.
